NOVLEE PRIVACY POLICY


This privacy policy (hereinafter the "Privacy Policy") aims to inform users of Novlee products and services, particularly those marketed under the Securpost brand, about the processing of personal data carried out during the use of these products and services.

Novlee SAS is a simplified joint-stock company under French law, registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under number 900 555 756, with its registered office at 28 avenue des Pépinières, 94260 Fresnes, and represented by Mr. Clément Mignani, in his capacity as President.


THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT


When using Novlee Products and Services, particularly those distributed under the Securpost brand, certain personal data may be collected, processed, and stored, in accordance with current legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This data may include, but is not limited to:

  • identification data (such as first name, last name, email address);

  • connection and usage data (IP address, technical logs, device-triggered events);

  • images captured by the device strictly within the scope of its intended function, namely the detection of the presence of letters or packages in a mailbox.

Captured images are automatically processed for detection purposes. This data is only accessible to the user when they have Securpost Premium access, and is neither resold nor used for profiling or advertising purposes.

The collected data is hosted on secure servers and is only accessible to authorized persons, strictly within the scope of the intended purposes.

Novlee retains personal data only for the period strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal or regulatory obligations.


HOW WE COLLECT DATA


Securpost objects and services collect data when you use them. We may collect information, including personally identifiable information, when:

  • You sign up to receive news or information about our products;

  • You place an order for a product;

  • You send us an email;

  • You submit a customer support request or contact our customer support department;

  • You create an account with the Securpost application and use it;

  • When you use a Novlee product;

  • When you log in to your account.

In each of the cases listed here, we may ask you for all or part of the personal information listed above.

SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA


We do not sell individual information obtained about our visitors and users. Furthermore, we will not disclose personal information you provide via the site or products to parties not affiliated with Novlee, unless you specifically authorize it.

Novlee uses a variety of third-party contractors to perform services such as website management and hosting, online product purchasing and shipping, credit card processing, and email marketing. In such cases, your personal information may be shared with these agents or contractors, but only for the purpose of providing services on behalf of Novlee and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Novlee takes reasonable steps to protect personal data provided via the site from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet or email transmission is ever completely secure or error-free. In particular, emails sent to or from this Site may not be secure. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY


The Securpost.app website or Securpost products and services are not directed at, nor intended to attract, children. Novlee does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or send them requests for personal information.
